Extremely frustrating communication system

I registered online on 8 January 2013, which was finally processed today. There is no point in allowing students to register online if it's going to take this long. We have to wait until the registration has been processed, after which we might have to add or cancel modules, buy prescribed books, wait for the material to arrive, etc. I registered early in the month so that I wouldn't have to stress out but obviously this made no difference.
I understand Unisa is a correspondence university and that they want to enroll as many students as possible to earn as much money as possible, but I think they should rethink their priorities: good education and service for a decent number of students, or no sense of communicatiion or connection with like, a million students.
My first assignment due dates are all around the corner, while I still haven't even received my study material.

Seriously, I think Unisa should reopen their call centres first of all, so that the students don't have to feel anxious and stressed everytime they need a little bit of assistance.
