In August 2013 I placed an order for 2 items from Red pepper Books. I never received any confirmation that my payment had gone through, and had to e-mail them days later to find out, that Yes the order had gone through properly. Both items were said to take "14-21 days".21 days passed. I remembered that the site said that it could take 5 weeks for orders. After 5 weeks I e-mailed and received no reply. Two days later I sent another e-mail, and was told that my order would arrive within 2 weeks And in just under 2 weeks I was contacted to say that my item had been dispatched. I inquired why they had used the singular, and was then told not to worry, as they had now (seven weeks after the original order) ordered the other item, as apparently nobody had noticed it was for 2 items until the one had arrived, and someone checked my order to dispatch the one they had ordered (which I have yet to actually physically receive). Someone called Masego did offer an apology, but surely this should have noticed at the time. After more than 7 weeks I am waiting to receive one item. The other is apparently on its way, but it's already more than a month overdue, and there's no way of knowing when.
