Ordered and paid for a Biology textbook for my daughter on 20th December 2012. Emailed Red Pepper before she started school because I hadnt received it yet to be told that the supplier had been closed. Fair enough. Was told that it would be sent soon. I stressed that she had homework she could not complete without this textbook. Heard nothing so emailed again and was told book would be received by them on Thurs 24th. Again I stressed how urgent this book was and that it needed to sent promptly as it will still take time to get through postal service. Emailed again last week - no response. Now 28th Jan and website shows book is still unshipped!! Even once shipped will still take about two weeks to get to me. Second time I have used Red Pepper and second time there has been a long delay. Reading other feedback I will not use this company again. I should have learned the lesson the first time round. My daughter has had to attend after school tutorials as she does not have the textbook and cannot do her home studying!
