I ordered books for my daughter for grade 9 on 30 December. I have been trying to follow up on this now for days. I have to follow up all the time. And each time there is an excuse. On Friday I was promised by both a manager and the customer service that I would be phoned this morning to confirm what has happened to my order. Its now 11.34, two emails sent and no one has come back.
Shocking service to say the least.
As a company that supplies school books, I cant understand how books can be out of stock. Bad planning...
Disgusted to say the least...
