Terrible Service for the third time

I've taken my Ford Figo to the Umgeni branch for it's services since I bought it.

I got terrible service for my previous services. I thought that as the branch is under new management my 60000km service would be better.

I visited the branch two weeks in advance and explained what I wanted done in addition to the 60000km service, and expressed my concern considering the previous bad service I'd received.

The repairs I wanted done included replacing the rear doors which were rusting due to a factory fault.

Having the doors replace requires them to be ordered which took two weeks and would then take 3 days to fit. This I thought would be perfect as I was going to be away from a week and wouldn't need my car.

I asked for the following to be done.

1. 60 000km service - NOT DONE
2. Front left bumper scratch - DONE
3. Front right fender chips - DONE
4. All additional chips and scratches - NOT DONE
5. Two new front mudflaps. - ALL MUDFLAPS MISSING

The car had to be sent back to have the rest of the chips/scratches done. I got it back Sat 12:00.
I left the car with -300km of petrol I got it back with 28km.
My preset radio stations had been changed.
My car was not washed.
