My badge on ford focus stwas broken off. A year back 2 weeks before date of service I arranged qih Softbank ford to order the parts and have it done which was not. Months of arguments later and ing in contact with a headpiece person named darius I gave up as empty promises even by principal Andrew on coming to fix otherwise as in business I do not have the time nothing happened. A year later when needing next service I organised with Middlebury ford two weeks in advance to order the part (grill) even said I'd pay if it were the wrong part as I don't have time to go up n down to fix the badge. Hey did not order the part and upon arguments they came to fetch my car to take it on to sort it. A week later 160 ks further and half a tank for that 160ks later my car is returned and the badge in front is still not working as it should. They tried telling me the badge should not swing open with the spring as it did when I bought the vehicle. Also after replacing my breaks I have a noise on the front left side which in the jobcard left in my car says these things were done yet the noise is worse and the badge is worse also I have more to complaIn about but not enough space
