I took my vehicle in for repairs to the left front fender and to pencil out various small stone chips and scratches on the bonnet and sides. After being informed that he vehicle is ready for collection, I arrived to find that no stone chips or scratches was penciled out. Leroy promised that the vehicle would be done correctly the following day. When I went to collect the vehicle the next day, only some marks were repaired, and most not.
This is very disappointing from a high end repair shop like Hugo's, especially after complaining the 1st time and yet they did not do what they promised.
