I have a Ford Fiesta that went for it's normal annual service in December 2012. I received a call stating that my break pads and disks are worn after just 20000km. I thought this was really stranged after quering the lifespan etc of these break pads and discs opted to have them replaced. I payed close to R2000 for this but after driving vehicle I found my breaks sounding worst than ever with a terrible squeaking noise. I contacted Kempster Ford and spoke to Pravesh the service manager who apologised and advised me to bring in my vehicle the next day and they would replace these pads again after obtaining authoristaion. I did this and it still was the same out come after driving it.
I returned in January 2013 and the same problem is STILL OCCURING. The service is very care free at Kempster Ford and even just picking me up to get my vehicle they keep you waiting and I did not keep to the time agreed upon. I had to wait for 40 minutes before being collected and after I contacted their service centre to find out if they had forgotten about me.
If a simple problem of squeaking breaks cannot be resolved, how on earth can we trust Kempster Ford to service our vehicles.
