Misleading Marketing/Expactations

On 29 Aug 2013, 8:30AM I purchased an overnight SPEED SERVICES COURIERS service at the Germiston South Post Office. The document was meant to be delivered from counter to counter overnight; expectation being that it will will at the receiver's counter the next day. Close of business the next day, the parcel is not at the receiver's counter, deeming the parcel useless as it was meant for use on the night of Fir the 30th.

Am truly disapointed by this as it is happening for the second time with the same company. It is unfair that i paid for the services and yet i dont get what i paid for and there is absolutely nothing i can do about it. to make matter worse, the facility for comments on Speed Services Courier's, if not functional. Really disapointed!
