I joined this company in 2010 for leisure purposes and got stuck with for more than a year till I decided that I was not exchanging many vouchers as I would like. I called then to cancel and they convinced me to try a package that they have introduced which I reluctantly obliged as I was always calling them whilst at work. Few months down the line I saw myself not using any of the vouchers of this new package and I decided to call them yet again to cancel. What has now transpired since then is an experience that I wouldn't like other consumers to experience. I called them to cancel and they informed me of a cancellation fee amount which was the first time I heard about it. I made stop orders with my bank but they continue by passing this by changing reference numbers on their debit. I have called consumer protection and it was stopped for only a month. It has come to a point that every month for the past two years I will have to call my bank to reverse their transaction. This has created a lot of inconvinience for me on other accounts that are debiting my account as this has created a negative reflection. I would highly appreciate it if they could stop this nonsense.
