Insists on continuing to debit my bank account

When I joined Amazing vouchers I was really sceptical of the product. After paying a number of premiums and never making use of the vouchers I decided to cancel. When I called to cancel the agent I spoke to said I would have to pay a cancellation fee of more than R600. I refused and she offered that I try it out again and they would not bill me for a few months. I gave it a go and although I was still not finding the vouchers usefull I decided to book the holiday they offered and then cancel after the 1 year was up. I called them today to cancel and was told that I need to pay the cancellation fee because it is now 13 months and so they automatically started the next cycle because I did not cancel within the 12 months. The consultant I spoke even said they would continue to submit debit orders to my bank until they receive the R600. I didn't ask for them to re-register the benefit for another 12 months and really don't see why I should have to pay this cancellation fee. These people are such!
