Hi received a call a while back regarding amazing vouchers when i heard about what they offered then i explain i cannot pay that about but he advised he will reduce it which he did, i then decided i am not interested in it anymore and they should stop debiting my account as i have never used the service and i just wanted to cancel after i heard and read about the compliants people put on the internet.
I requested a cancellations and the lady who called advised me that i need to pay R500 for a cancellation fee, where have you ever heard that . they debited by account with just over R300 which they got for FREE because i didnt use it.
I then send an email advising them i will not pay that fee and now they not bothering to call me back come the 27th then they going to be the first to debit my account. talk about customer service.
I went this Amazing Vouchers company to sort this nonsense out and leave me the alone as well as my account.
