No service delivery

On 28 Jan 2014 I requested Skynet to collect my passport and visa at the Uganda Embassy in Pretoria. When I followed up on Friday, 31 Jan 2014, my passport and visa were not collected as requested. After numerous calls, on 31 Jan 2014, my passport and visa were collected by Skynet and I was promised that it will be delivered to me in Cape Town the following day, 1 Feb 2014. When I called the same day service number, I was advised that the driver who collect my passport did not log the parcel and that it was still in his possession. I was further advised that his cellphone is switched off. I call the driver's supervisor at 17h00 on the 1 Feb and he advised that he will attempt to locate my parcel. I received a SMS from the supervisor advising me the driver is at the airport trying to locate my parcel. Five days later and I am still awaiting my same day delivery.
