These people from amazing vouchers refused to cancel my application within 5 working days. they refuse to listen to the customer and they debit our accounts every month even though we dont use their vouchers and they have a very bad attitude and no customer care at all. all they care about is money.
when you call them to cancel they tell you they will send a cancellation consultant to contact you to cancel till today nobody called me.
today a lady callled me asking me why i'm not using the vouchers i told her i'm not interested and have been to cancel since the start of the application she told me that i need to pay R600 for cancellation otherwise they will list me. i told her that i'm not paying for something i never used and for them to cancel their vochers which i do not have any use for. she did n't even care of what i've been going through all she wants is the R600 then they will continue debiting my account.
please cancel your vouchers i have no use for them and i dont want anything to do with your company ever again. you guys are really artists.
