I opened an account in 2011 and last year February 2012 I called Amazing Vouchers to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I have not yet to date received any vouchers!!
It is now April 2013 and they are still debiting my account with R175. I have called them numerous times to cancel this.
I want this cancelled and all my money since February last year refunded!!! This is unacceptable and I will take this further to the Consumer protection Ombudsman if something is not done about my refund and subscription cancellation.
