Volkswagen
DISCRIMINATION

On Friday 31st January 2014, i received a phone call from VW head office. They wanted to conduct a survey/interview with me regarding the service i received at Hatfield Bryanston VW.
The service i received form the dealership was amazing and i couldnt fault them.
What angered me was the lady calling asked me if i had been present booking in and collecting from vehicle. Now due to distance and work responsibilities my partner dropped off the vehicle as he works in Sandton which is ten minutes from the dealership. So i was honest and said no i wasnt present but that i had contact with the dealership the whole day while my vehicle was being serviced. She then informed me that she could no longer continue with the interview and can she have the details of my partner as he was the one that dealt with the delaership.
i hit the ceiling!!!
i am the owner of the vehicle and my opinion meant nothing, i had lost all my rights in one minute because i didnt and say yes i dropped it off. When i told her that i was not happy about this she said sorry and put the phone down in my ear.
i think this is pathetic on VW SOUTH AFRICA's part.
Does your client mean nothing to you?
Pathetic!!!
