Yesterday I contacted the dealership to book my vehicle in for a service. I was advised by the reception lady (when they eventually answered my call) that the service department lady is currently on a call. So I said ok. then she decided to take down all my details and vehicle details and advised me that somebody will send me an sms to confirm my booking. Later the same day (after not receiving an sms) I contacted the same reception lady who advised that she did sent the service department my details and that she will get the department to contact me. At approx. 16h00, I contacted the reception lady again who tried to redirect my call to the service department for approx. 20 minutes. She advised me that she will get them to contact me immediately. I still don't know if my vehicle is booked for a service today. This is the worst dealership I ever had to deal with (not once or twice, but the third time dealing with them) Who will feel comfortable leaving their vehicle and feel assured that they are competent to service your vehicle? I will definitely not recommend any Ford owner to deal with this Dealership.
