I commute daily between Pretoria and Johannesburg and had to urgently book my vehicle for its 90 000kms service. I pass CMH Toyota Melrose daily and thought I'd give the dealership a go.
Not only did they accommodate me but they exceeded my expectation of having the vehicle ready before 15h00 (it was ready before 14H00!). To put it into perspective - I dropped off my vehicle at 8H30!
Upon collecting my vehicle, it was serviced, washed, cleaned and two chips on the windscreen were repaired. Phenomenal service!
Previously I had my vehicle serviced at 2 Toyota dealerships in Pretoria and another in Roodepoort. I have never received the level of customer service and satisfaction as I did with CMH Toyota Melrose yesterday.
