PATHETIC SERVICE MCARTHY VW DURBAN

I called to make a booking to have my car serviced, on the first attempt (9am). I waited until 11.30 and had to call the dealership back, which was completely unethical, only to find that apparently NOBODY had spoken to me and there was no record of my call in addition to that the date I required became fully booked. After voicing my disappointment I was called by 'Kasthuri' who informed me that I could have a booking for the 27/12/2013, my details were taken verbally and a booking was made.
I arrived at 7am at McCarthy VW Durban, I waited outside my vehicle for assistance for an estimated 40min until the Service Manager came to my assistance. At 8am I requested to be dropped off at Suncoast until my vehicle was ready for collection which was completed at 1.30pm. 2.50pm - I contacted the dealership to enquire why i wasnt picked up. I ARRIVE AT THE DEALERSHIP AND FIND THAT SOME OF THE FAULTS MENTIONED ABOVE HAD NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I PROCEEDED TO LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP DEALERSHIP AT 3.30PM WHEN I CHECKED MY SERVICE BOOK, IT WAS NOT COMPLETED AND NO PROOF OF MY VEHICLE BEING SERVICED SO I RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP. waited another 50min for invoice and checklist. left mcarthy at 4.30pm
