New POLO GTI 4000km and gearbox faulty - stuck at home for the entire day and now they call me 4pm to say vehicle must sleep over.
Really this is beyond poor service.
1. they don't even offer a loan car
2. Lady phones me to say what is happing with my vehicle - but no clarity
3. the workshop manager don't even know about my vehicle but it's on his schedule for the day and he is too busy now because he is on his way to a meeting
4. from 7 am to 5 pm they could not tell me what's is going on.
6. No at home no car
I'm not interested in a Brand NEW VEHICLE fixed or parts replace.
I will not except any work done on the car
I will not settle for a NEW VEHICLE to be worked on with new parts that has only 4000km on the clock
If this matter is not rectified before Friday I will take it further
VW SA Uitenhage can take this vehicle back and replace.
I will call WESBANK and Cancel the transaction with them - and also note it with the Ombudsman.
