BAD SERVICE NO FEEDBACK WEST CAPE VW KUILSRIVER

We had a breakdown of our Amarok VW 15 Jan 2014. We called VW SA who assisted very swiftly by arranging a flatbed tow truck and within 2 hours the vehicle was at the dealership, WEST CAPE VOLKSWAGEN in Kuilsriver. And here the bad service started. After making numerous calls to the dealership requesting feedback updates on the progress of the repairs to the vehicle (clutch, flywheel and power plate needed repairs) NO phone calls were received by the branch just promises to call me back but no one ever called me back! Monday almost 3 weeks after the tow in and still no vehicle back they had not touched the vehicle, one of the service team guys told me!! I called VW SA who's help and support was great. But the branch said as it was a tow in vehicle they have to "fit it in"!! Well after many calls since Monday to VW SA we got the car back yesterday afternoon. With a brand new dent in the rear bumper!! Now I have to go get quotes and send the picture to VW SA support for the branch to possibly accept responsibility for the damage! Thus stay away from WEST CAPE VW if you love your VW!!
