Frankvos and General Motor's have been trying for 9 months to get my Trialblazer fixed (a brand new vehicle)
I had a meeting - no resolve and no willingness to take the faulty vehicle back and replace with a new vehicle.
They want me to pay for the km traveled with their faulty vehicle. very slow response to no response in some cases. They have the attitude as if they are doing me a favor. I paid R 384 000.00 for a vehicle that has from day 1 not worked properly.
All they can offer is excuses and threatening me that I will have to pay in R63 000.00 if I give this vehicle back now. it's still not fixed at present 9 months later.
