On the 14/01/14 I went to Charlesville Post Office branch to post a book within Cape Town. The consultant that served me told me the book will be delivered by the 21/01/14. Went back (28/01/14) to SAPOS Charlesville and spoke to Phumeza who promised to call me back and she did saying track 'n trace is off-line and she will call me back. Waited for her call yesterday and am still waiting today. The book has not reached the destination. I have been making calls and spent my petrol by going back to the branch. This is totally unacceptable!! SORT THIS OUT!!! You are not standing up to your slogan "WE DELIVER... All!!!
