Redirecting my post

Before going to collect my parcel at the post office i always phone the Customer Call Line to check its definitely there. It was confirmed my parcel had arrived at the Brackendowns Post Office. When i get to the Post Office they look in their hand written book of codes to see if my tracking number was written down. needless to say they cant find the code and tell me its probably at Bracken gardens Post Office. I told the man helping me that I've already called the call centre and its definitely at brackendowns. He then calls the call centre himself, after waiting about 15min he tells me they have redirected my parcel to bracken gardens. When i get to bracken gardens they tell me it takes another 3 working days once redirected as it needs to go back to head office first. This is the second time this has happen to me. They cant tell me how to get my post delivered straight to bracken gardens to avoid the delay and they tell me it wont help to complain when i asked where i could complain. This would be the only remaining option to get a sensible explanation for this redirecting business and hopefully someone can tell me how to get it to STOP!
