Speed couries was used to deliver my package. I first called last week to track my package and they told me it is at the post office pretoria cbd and was delivered 07 September 2013 around 10:30. Post office does not have my package in their stock. Nothing was delivered as they say. Yesterday I spent the whole calling back and forth between the post office and Speed Couriers. Some consultant at Speed Couriers eventually said she will call me this morning and will try to find wout where the packeg is. No call until 10:00. I called them againg and the same thing again. My contact details where taken again as they promised to call back. Till now 13:15 nothing. No response means concern. This has been going on for too long. Someone needs to follow up on my delivery.
