I have a 2012 model Grand Voyager, in two years the break discs had to be replaced 3 TIMES, the seat broke and one of the doors gave problems - all of which was not my fault! In 2013 the paint started to come off on my grill and that had to be replaced also! End of 2013 the paint started to come off of the bumper, can you believe!!! When I contacted Chrysler SA with photos included, their response was: "From the pictures it looks like there were stone chips in the bumper, this can be seen by the white marks on the bumper and this was the reason it was probably rejected. The stone chips then would have caused the paint to start lifting etc." First of all, I took the photos from my cell, so quality was quite poor... secondly there are NO WHITE MARKS on the bumper, except for a few bugs! And thirdly, have you ever heard of a R450000 vehicle have paint come off the bumper because of a stone chip? These are very lame excuses that are unacceptable! These are poor quality vehicles! One of the sales people at their midrand branch stated that it looks like there is no base coat on the bumper, and that is why he thinks the paint is lifting! Never in my life will I do business with them again!
