New car stucked while its still new, doesn't start

Please help me cause i am paying monthly instalment for kia shortage, now the car is having more problems cause doesn't start now, first they said it was casket nd radiator. i went there to check it only to find does not start, this car is having fault they dont want to accept. can they pls take their car back is almost a month now, i don't have transport to go to work but am paying for the car monthly.
