I have just received a R700 bill for 2 trucks of mine that passed though Johannesburg. And thy will take me to court If I don't pay
I Already pay about R50000 a year just on licence fees to get them on the road and know this. There was no board with amounts. It is as easy as that to misuse your position as government. Ihope we can get a new ruling party soon tired of this.
