Our Hyundai went in for repairs of the gearbox before Christmas 2012.
Upon receiving our car we noticed that our windscreen had a crack, they then took pictures of the crack and told us that they will follow up after the holidays, which was excitable at the time, we were also told that a invoice of the work that was done on the gearbox will be given to us. We are still waiting
The branch did call us in the beginning of January and told us that they are looking into the cracked windscreen that we should just wait a while as the person that has to make the decision about the windscreen is still on leave.
Last week I phone Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and left a message for the guy to phone us regarding the windscreen and on Thursday I mailed the guy. And I phoned again this morning and left another message.
Still nothing at all.
I feel like they are stone walling us
