I reported my claim after i had an accident on Monday, 22 April and a the next Monday the windscreen of my car is still not fixed by the company Windscreen Direct that First for Women contacted to fix it! This was supposed to have been done by Friday, 26 April and i was told the parts were not all there by Monday they will schedule with me to get it replaced. On Tuesday, 30 April i was told that the job would be done by Thursday, 02 May 1pm. I was called this AM because they couldnt do it as the guy who was supposed to come do it didnt GO TO WORK! i do not understand this! Why cant they send someone else to do it? The lady i spoke to was not able to answer me! All she kept on saying was how sorry she was! How is sorry going to help me?! im the one driving with a half cracked windscreen and paying insurance every month and now when i claim i have to deal with this?
