I'm really disappointed with Renault as i have been their customer but clearly its shows that they don't care about their customers. i ordered car keys on the 06th of Jan, i had not receive any feedback from them. they don't even border to call and update you, hence i was told that the keys will be ready after 14 days now its been 4 weeks. their service is really bad, they are so negligent towards their customers.
