Extremely bad service

Last year Dec 15 i ordered keys for my car at Renault, a guy by the name of Mandla assisted me and told me the keys cost R1224.04, I paid for that and he didn't say anything about paying extra for programming the keys, he only told me that the keys will be available after 10 to 14 working days. 14 days passed and i didnt hear anything from him so I called and the keys hadnt arrived. A few days later I went to Renault to check and that when he told me that I had to come back for programming and pay an extra R500 and odd rands and I asked him why is he only telling me this now and he laughed and said he never to clients when i told him he never told me. My brother intervened and asked for a refund rather and he said he cant refund us he'll help us instead. Jan 26th he called and said the machine was broken but he'll get back to me when its fine, I had to call him to check and he still said it was still broken. Last week i called again and he said he'll check and get back to me but he never did. Its now been 2 months since i ordered this key. I'm really not happy about this at all. If i could get a different person to assist or just get my refund
