My dad passed on two years ago and hes wife almost a year ago i have been TRYING WITHOUT SUCCESS, TO GET ANYONE TO EXPLAIN how to go about claiming the bennefit as i am one of the beneficiaries. i have given them all relevant documentation and non of them ever respond to me, they gave me the run around and now i am fed up with their incompetence.
