I am so not happy with the way Old mutual is making us run around when we claiming our dad'policy, my dad passed on last year july and he had a funeral policy with them and the beneficiary was he's ex wife that we don't even know where he is, we tried explaining the story to them that we need the money for the funeral can't they atleast pay it to us as his kids but the answer was no, fine we let that slide and tried other means of paying for the funeral, now we are claiming for the retirement fund and 2 of he's kids where made beneficiaries but its been months old mutual telling us that we need to fill forms that we filled before, we filled those forms and months later we received an email stating the we need to get affidavits and disclose how we used the money from other other insurance companies we claimed from if there were any, what is the use of appointing beneficiaries if when a person passes away the beneficiaries won't be paid in time, why look for previous wives when it was hard to pay for the funeral yet you saw that this man had kids and the beneficiary never came to claim, I am so unhappy with you guys. I see a doomed future for my kid if I stay with you. 0832127637
