Track and trace - sitting at Witspos

Good day,

Could someone please inform me of the hold up on my parcel RD738584583ZA and RD351074819ZA.

The system says its sitting at Witspos... for more than 3 weeks, this is unacceptable!

The documents are papers from UNISA on which I need to complete my assignment and return to UNISA, the response on the assignments need to be at UNISA by the 10/05/2013 - Tomorrow. If the assignment is not in, which is very lightly now I will lose my exam access and fail the year, In which case I would like to know who I can recover my study fees from?

I went the way of track and trace to avoid late mail and to ensure I receive my documentation! However the post office is currently hindering my academic progress and I find this unacceptable in all aspects
