When my sister passed away, none of the beneficiaries were consulted up until i persisted following up a year after seeing that nothing was happening. I got hold of her office through my late sister's employer. We kept in touch trying to get all required documentation. She kept in touch until early this year. I lost her cellphone contact, now, whenever i call her office, the phone always diverts to voice mail. I leave messages but never get her response. I even send her emails but she doesn't respond too. A death claim is still pending and no updates or a follow up from her office.
Someone has to do something
