I sold one of my vehicles and tried to link the old token to a new vehicle - tried call centre, web site (taking 10 mins to refresh a page!) and even Vaal Gate (Vanderbijlpark) where they tell met at 08:15, that they can only work on the computer system from 09:00. This is costing me a trip of 20 kms each time. A customer told me yesterday when I also tried that it took 2 hrs before she was assisted. It's just not worth it - I will give it one more try and if not successful, I will cancel both my tokens. This might be news to SANRAL - I don't have to go to Gauteng!
