The link on the Sanral website does not work. You enter the credit card details, and it says "contacting bank" after a long time, you get a one-time password (if you are lucky) and then nothing happens. After 4 (yes FOUR) attempts to pay a top-up amount, there is still no record of payment in my Sanral account. Which has of course now been suspended because I am behind in payments. Where is the money going???
