We are a Car Rental Company and we have E-Tags in all our vehicles. We are unable to monitor our vehicles as we can not log on to the website. We can not work like this - we have to phone SANRAL and pay for the phone call while waiting for someone to answer - this is just unacceptable!!! We can not run a business like this. We can not charge our customers for E-Toll - now we have to phone Sanral on each and every vehicle if we need a report on a certain vehicle. This is costing us money!!!
