Call centre promises

The week of 20 January, i called to request settlement amount for the laptop i was told i can settle laptop and keep insurance or settle both i was not sure and chose to settle both at that time, i was promises it will be e-mailed i asked how do i pay the lady said it will be deducted from my account. Friday 24 Jan i called again to say i dont receive any settlement document and i changed my mind i will settle the laptop and keep the insurance again i was promised i will receive the latest settlement amount via e-mail, Moday 27 jan i called again then the lady said she can see it was e-mailled but it was returned to them i then gave my fax number and asked it must be faxed i then asked her the same question how do i make the payment she then said the bank acount details will show on the settlement document i then told her i was told it would be deducted. Tuesday i called again only to be told i must be patient i will receive the decoment i then told the guy i have until the 31st of Jan to make my payment according to the settlement date so if i dont receive it before then i miss out his response no worries you can always pay the next month. what was the whole point then?
