I took my step sons car in for a service and other repair work. The service was done but I had to call Vasen four times in a week to get a quote, I eventually had to go into their shop to get the quote a week later. I was charged almost double for most of the parts needed and I was quoted on items that were not even damaged and I was charged a fortune on those parts (that were not even needed) The car had been standing by them for over a week, my niece collected the car and took it to another workshop where I got the quote a few hours later and I was charged almost half. From almost R8000 to R4500, it is shocking thinking your car is in safe hands and getting ripped off like this.
