I have been using Sorbet Nicolway for the past 9 months. On Saturday 25th January 2014, I visited the Sorbet Westgate for the first time. I was soo shocked... I realized that Sorbet Nicolway goes an extra mile in terms of customer service.
I made a booking over the phone for full pedicure and French tips with Gelish. I got a confirmation via SMS for 25th January 2014 at 15:15. I arrived at Westgate at 15:20 and was told that I missed my appointment which was that 13:00. According to the technician, I was supposed to receive two sms's but I only received one.
But I am glad Teri apologized.
