Eceived a quote to fit all my pool accessories. quote is roughly R34500 on the 21/01/2013. i explain we are building the pool and i will be back in a week to start buying as we go along. advised to buy some parts to the amount of R2300. i came back today 28/1/2013 to buy as agreed the parts needed. after paying for the parts i compared it to the quote in my car and realised they were charging me R8 to R30 more per item quoted. asked the sales lady to compare the prices to the written quote. the owner - a sorry man came running in to the showroom swearing and shouting telling me to f$%^# off out of his shop. i asked him if he understood my complaint and the amount of money i am referring to. he swore so much - and i did not lose my cool one bit (picture a guy that still bryl cream his hair with a lisp) threatening you - laughable. telling to shove my business up my and he has over 3million customer. i can report to the consumer protector, heloo peter and hellomother he dont give a $h1t. poor guy swore so much jumping up and down, i returned the goods and left his shop.never buy from this fool - beware when dealing with this business unit1 45 gemini str brackenfell - scheisters.
