Last year I bought a new DRT250. After the first few months I had a nasty accident and damaged the bike but only cosmetic damage such as the handlebar, mudguard cockpit and dials.
Firstly it took a week to get the bike collected by bigboy and numerous phone calls. It took another week for a quote again numerous calls. Eventually I agreed to have bike fixed according to the quote given over the phone.
3 weeks later I called bigboy fourways and found that nothing had been done and no trace of the initial quote could be found. A new quote more expensive was given finally after a surprise visit as Big Boy Fourways never returned my calls.
I was quoted the parts that where broken but also found that parts had been removed From the bike while it was at big boy and I was also quoted for that. luckily I made pictures as the bike was collected which clearly showed the parts quoted. Big Boy did replace the parts that had gone missing but I was told my starter motor was broken, After mentioning that it should be warranty all of a sudden there was nothing wrong. Now I have found that the starter motor has been replaced by an old used and barely working motor. This smells like and
