TATA - TATA UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE!!!

Tata - Skinner str - CBD - Dec 2012, I took my Tata to replace wheel bearings. On collection was informed that the hubs need to be replaced, they could have told me this when the bearings was replaced. I requested a quote, waited for a week before I received the quote in Jan 2013. Accepted the quote, they informed me 16-21 working days for parts delivery. Feb 2013 they called stating the parts are here I must book the car. We took the car in 5 Feb 2013. I waited a week, someone at their workshop phoned me, he informed me that all the parts has not arrived, but that the car will be ready on 15 Feb 2013, in the same breath saying he doesn't promise anything. Last week they phoned me saying they still need 1 wheel bearing. Meanwhile they are trying to sell me a Daihatsu. Tuesday 26 Feb I phoned them to find out what is going on, Hermien in the workshop said she'll ask Suelize to phone me, she didn't, I phoned again 27 Feb, Suelize said she would go herself and sort this out. I am walking to work and home every day since 5 Feb 2013 - from Kilnerpark to Villieria, but it doesn't concern Tata. They don't even have a courtesy vehicle to offer me, which is pathetic. TATA - NEVER AGAIN!!!
