Nissan South Africa
Faulty Vehicle

My mother recently took her vehicle for service on the 10 December 2013 in Mafikeng and two weeks later on Christmas day (25 December) the car broke down in Rustenburg as the clutch plate was faulty/not functional and she had to replace it paying also paying R9000, she only received the car on the 21st January 2014. Why wasn't this resolved during service. My mother has also been complaining constantly about the screeching noise in her Nissan Qashqai since she purchased the vehicle, basically the noise comes from the brakes. She has also taken it for repairs, she purchased brake pads, shocks and they even offered to replace some discs in the car and she was told the screeching noise matter was fixed. I feel something has to be done about this as the technicians are incapable of fixing the car issue. The car came back on the 21st January after the clutch plate was fixed and the screeching noise is still there.
