Lost service book and bad repairs

I sent my Nissan Qashqai in for a Warranty repair and service in April of this year (2103) to the local Nissan Motordeal.
My wife explained to them for probably the 10th time that the noise is not repaired, they replied that they would look again, as the warranty was expiring in 5 days. The problem was that when i slowly release the clutch in first gear it makes a horrible noise. They kept claiming they do not hear it even though the car was with them previously for over a week and they gave my wife the worst ever car to use in the mean time.

So they serviced the car, claimed again they do not hear the noise which is to this day still present!

Now I have a car that:
1. Has no service book as the Nissan Motordeal lost it.
2. Has a noise that they cant explain and now wont fix due to the warranty having expired.
3. keep telling me to come to the shop to look through a pile of books to see if mine is there!

All i know is that I will never support Nissan again! I am selling the car the moment i get the service book and get the noise repaired.
