Bad customer service

I bought a car from Cardinals in October 2013 and when I inspected the car I discovered that the ashtray lid was broken and the Aircon was not working properly. I requested that they fix both, they then told me that they have fixed the Aircon and the ashtray lid was order from VW and it will be delivered in a week. The Aircon worked for a while but anot it is not working, with regards to the ashtray lid I am still waiting for it to-date. Evereytime I keep on calling them they said it has been order they had issues with backlog due to the motor industry strike. I the contacted VW myself and they told me that they have the ashtray lid and can have it installed within two days, I also requested that they look at my aircon and they confirmed that it need to be services which is a surprise to me because Cardinals said that it was serviced.
