I have tried to pay my etoll fees and have found the administration to be an absolute mess.
I have created a VPC account -each time I try to log in (I have tried many times at many different times of the day) the website fails to load.
I did manage to log in once but then could not get to the payment part of the site as it failed to load.
It seems the development of this website (that no doubt cost millions of rand) was done by school children?
