1. I requested an internet quote for a 12000 btu aircon on 20100831.
2.Lg Air Cons contacted me and highly recommend that we purchase the HiSuper arcon.
3.The aircon was installed on 20100917
4.We never used it contineously untill 20100113 (weather was ok)
5.During the night of 20110113 we were awake by water streaming from the aircon onto our heads and onto the mattress.
6.I contacted Chantel via email and she sent the technicians to fix the aircon-however I was never informed by the firm what the problem was.
7.On 20110213 I contacted Chantel via email to complain again about the aircon. The maschine is making quite a noise when the motor kicks in and it did not work as I expected it to.
8.No reply.
9.O 20110217 I contacted Chantel again via email to request some kind of communication as I am highly disappointed with this aircon. It is in our bedroom which make it quite difficult to sleep with the noise.
10.i am not satisfied with the aircon as it does not serve the purpose. My husband is working night shift and needs to sleep during the day. We safed a long time to be able to buy a aircon and feel cheated by the quality of the maschine and the service!
